The room was fine but had no wow factor. It had airconditioning which was good and was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was pleasant.
The reception/dining area was tired and there was no air conditioning on which made it hot and uncomfortable after a long drive. The outside of the hotel had rather dirty blinds at the windows and the walls needed repainting.

The Hotel was very clean and the rooms, we had the luxury room, was very nice. It has a lovely family type feel to it and we were made very welcome. We were on the inner cortyard side, which also made a lovely area to sit out during the day to relax. The staff in the hotel were lovely and very helpful in anything we wanted. We were able to travel into Madrid by train, and there is also lots to see in Aranjuez. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.
Nothing to dislike.

Truly enjoyed my very good stay on a long road trip. The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the centre of town, city center and tapas bars. I had coffee at Nueva Farnesina, located within 10 minutes walk.

This hotel is located in the old historic district of Aranjuez, which is perfect for exploring the charming old town. It offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with a lovely private Spanish courtyard where you can unwind. the professional reception service provides great knowledge of the town, restaurants, and main attractions.
The shower in my room had a problem with the water pressure, as it came out in a solid jet.

I had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at a charming hotel in Aranjuez. The interior decor was unique and stylish, with beautiful oak beams and tasteful decorative features. The courtyard was a peaceful oasis where I spent hours lounging on comfortable sofas and chairs. My room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable with crisp, luxurious cotton sheets. The breakfast, though an extra cost, was well worth it with a selection of fresh fruit, toast, jam. The attentive host made sure I had all the coffee I wanted. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a faulty shower and a curtain instead of a proper bathroom door, my experience at this quirky hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Palace and gardens, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel for a unique and comfortable stay in Aranjuez.

I had a great time staying at this hotel in the center of town. The unique styling and friendly, informal staff made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast area was lovely. Despite the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, the location and amenities in the surrounding area made up for it. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
